Located on the second floor of Island Square Apartments in building E. Take the parking garage off 27th Street E. Entrance to garage is between "John L. Scott" Office and Parking Garage of Chase Bank. Park in any open spot. Scan QR code of ParkMobile App for free 2 hr parking.
Building "E" Elevator entrance is marked yellow inside the garage, it is the first entrance on the right side when entering garage from 27th St. Use the black keypad ON THE DOOR, use key code provided in appointment reminders. Use the "Office Elevator", the elevator on the left, to get to 2nd floor. On the Second Floor the office is located to the left off the elevator. Please enter and wait inside in the sitting area until Dr. Hali comes to greet you.

Bathrooms are located on the second floor if you continue left, past the office and continue to the end of the hall. Bathrooms are not locked. Please change in bathrooms if necessary, prior to your appointment.
